I’ve been paying for 50 extra GB of storage for four months. The first three went great I had all the storage I would ever need. After that payment went though this month my 50 GB disappeared. Now I have no storage on my phone. Anyone else having this problem?

You bought more icloud storage to back up your phone or sync data to icloud. If you're out of icloud storage then purchase more.
You didn't buy more internal storage for your phone.
