Can’t reset Apple Watch series 5 with the instructions on this website.

I can’t seem to reset my Apple Watch series 5. I am unable to get my watch out of the “ too many passcode attempts” on my screen. All of the traditional resetting and pairing are not working.

I would appreciate any help on this matter. Thank you.
