Icloud

Hello! I have a problem with iCloud... I had a situation where the system broke and I had to mend it in mobile servise, but for the phone to be unlocked it requires an iCloud data... A few years ago, without knowing how that iCloud thing functions, I was putting the wrong password too many times and now it shows as I am the hacker even when I put the right data. The only way to get the problem solved is to have a code sent to my e-mail adress which has an iCloud adress (and not a gmail or yahoo one) so even in that situation I can't open the mail and there are the security questions(i can't remember the answers because I filled it out a long time ago...) Is there any other solution?
