My Apps just won’t load

Hello. Does anyone know why my phone or apps have been doing this? It happens everyday if not every other day. I’ll go to get on my social media and my apps just won’t load, it happens to my setting to, it won’t let me click on anything. Most my other apps and main screens work. I added a picture of what my Snapchat looks when I open it, other apps that do this are TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. I have warranty on my phone, should I just get a new one? My apps are never left in the background running, they’re updated and so is my iOS. Please help, thank you!
