For some unknown reason, when I try to open my account information in the app store it won't load. It just spins endlessly. I can look at apps in the app store, but I can't see what apps I already have that need to be updated. Otherwise my phone is fine, it's just weird. Any reason this might be happening? I've tried signing in and out of my account through settings, but it hasn't done anything.

Some other things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
