App Store Not Loading

Hello everyone,

So I bought a new iPhone two or so weeks ago, and I’ve been experiencing this weird bug where the App Store will not load. It loads some app icons, but nothing else when you tap on them, and the recommended section just has the frame. I have never seen this happen before. It doesn’t load even on Cellular (I tested that out as well, although my Wi-Fi is perfectly fine).

Since it does not happen every time, once I had to log out of my Apple ID account and log back in, which drew away all of my iCloud photos with it, so it was not at all convenient.

I would like someone to help me out if possible or to say his/her own experience.
