No Service on my iPhone 6S

My iphone 6 is constantly searching for network without success. I have tried a full factory restore but that doesnt work. The carrier option is missing in settings so I can't do a manual search. The SIM works fine in other phones and I tried another SIM in the phone (different network) and that worked to find Network.

Any solutions?
