A family desperately needs your help-Kid's accidently purchased $1000+

 With ignoring supervision, our 5-year-old child spent shockingly $1164.89 a few days ago on EverMerge(a game). This huge bill was way too much for our family to afford during the very difficult time of COVID-19...We tried to ask for a refund from the EverMerge developer Big Fish, and they kindly approved the refund request and told me to make a refund claim through App Store”reportaproblem”function. They’d happy to approve my request, BUT they don’t have the authority to handle the order process in App Store. 



However app store’s system denied my refund claim automatically. I called APP store many timeS, one operator told me to contact my bank to get the charge back, which I did, and the bank reversed all the transactions. But paypal charged me again today. I called app store again, a lady told me they didn’t have the access to change the system automatic result.


What should I do now? The game developer approved my refund request, why couldn’t I get my money back from App Store? I appreciate very much your understanding and support to us during this difficult time.
