resetting macbook air

i have macbook air 13 inch, i wanted to reset my computer as a new one, so i deleted smth like MAKINTOSH HD or i dont know i followed steps on apple.com, then i started mac and tapped COMMAND+R, from that time everytime i am turning mac on and doing this there is spinning globe and below it is my wifi name. i think it stuck there. i dont knkw what to do, and can’t tell it to my parents!! please help!!!
