Bluetooth headphone + Apple device

I have the latest high end Sony headphones and was connected via Bluetooth ( both iPad and iphone) .

by mistake ,I hit fortyget the device on the Bluetooth settings on my phone and iPad .

i am unable to pair or see the device under Bluetooth devices on both phone and tablet post The following troubleshooting steps ,

1. restarted devices ( phone , iPad and headphones)
2. reset all network settings on phone , iPad
3. automated restart on both phone and iPad .
4. connected to WiFi again
5. still my phone or iPad does not detect the Bluetooth device
6. reset all settings on iPhone and iPad
7. restarted all devices
8. still the phone and iPad would not show the headphones under Bluetooth devices . My headphones are on and Bluetooth enabled during this process
