Computer crashed and lost Word document

Hi,

I know this is gonna be a long shot and hopefully wont upset anyone with using a Word instead of Pages but I just lost 5 days worth of work in one doc that i just cant find anywhere :( I have tried all the possible options that YouTube or google suggested but no luck and my last thought was weather anything could possibly stored on iCloud or somewhere on my Mac Pro that isn’t usually supposed to?

Any help would be really appreciated.
