Battery draining still persists

The first picture shows the way battery is getting drained even when the phone is not in use.

The picture below shows even in low battery mode and absolutely no usage still the battery came down below 50% and the 60% for WhatsApp background activity

(Note: There is a network issue in my area where the signal strength is poor. Is this have any effect?)
