What is error code 75?

My iPhone won't restart, update or restore. I now get error code 75. Not sure how to get my phone working again.

I am in iTunes. It has said my phone can not be updated so I have tried recovery. When I try to recover mode I get the message: The iPhone could not be updated. An unknown error occurred (75).
