Software upgrade

I am trying to sync my iPad to iTunes. I have just installed the latest software upgrade available to me (OS13.5) but iTunes tells me i need OS X 10.11.4 or more recent. Where can I find this upgrade? How can I install this version when it is not given as an option to me?

Thanks in advance.

iPad, iPadOS 13

As I said above its in the Mac app store, not iPad App Store/upgrade

In your original message you said - iTunes tells me i need OS X 10.11.4 or more recent - OS X is Mac software not iPad. Ipad runs Ipad iOS.

So your software is up to date on your iPad, but what PC/Mac you're using needs to be updated.
