dropbox sync

After updating Catalina 10.15.5, the dropbox stopped syncing. Its seems something preventing dropbox in MacBook. I have changed the proxy setting to "no proxy". It works very slowly .. takes ages. Does anybody know the solution? Thanks.

Dropbox on my computer switched on it own from online to local. I didn't notice until it filled up my hard drive and it stopped syncing! I deleted dropbox and then deleted the files that downloaded to my hard drive and reinstalled dropbox. Took all afternoon to sync, and now it says it has up to date, but no files (I realize not the full file, just the name) are showing up -- app says is still syncing, but it's not. I am beyond frustrated! I've posted on dropbox community also, but have not received a response. Any ideas?
