I’m not getting any notifications while my phone is locked

Show recent notifications on the Lock screen

You can allow access to Notification Center on the Lock screen.

1. Go to Settings  > Face ID & Passcode (on an iPhone with Face ID) or Touch ID & Passcode (on other iPhone models).
2. Enter your passcode.
3. Turn on Notification Center (below Allow Access When Locked).

All notifications or for a particular app?

Hi,

Go to Settings —- Notifications—- Messages—- Allow notifications —-ON.

below that you see Alerts.

in that all three should be ticked.
