my cousin forget everything details in her iphone. bec. she have so many iphone to use.
Her iphone 5s needed his apple id and password problem is she forgot it.. how can we open the phone to be use by my son for his school online.

If it is Activation Locked (which it appears to be) the ONLY solution is to use the Apple ID and password that were used to enable Find my iPhone. If you can’t recover those two items the phone will never be usable. See this Apple support articles:
