Cellular update failed.

Got this message on my iPhone 7 after update. Now cannot make or receive calls or texts. Apple says a small percentage of the 7’s have this problem and to bring it in to an authorized service location. Problem is that with the Covid thing, it’s a week out just to bring it in. I need a working phone now. If anyone knows if there’s something I can do to resolve it myself I would greatly appreciate the help.
