Cellular update failed

I updated my iPhone 7 to IOS 14.6 but I received the error saying ‘No Service’ message at the iPhone screen’s upper right corner and prompted message 'your iPhone cannot make and receive calls or access cellular data until it has been updated'. I tried every method to solve this problem but those ways have not worked. I found this problem in the support apple page:

https://support.apple.com/iphone-7-no-service/other-countries

But when I referred to Apple Authorized Service Provider, they said that m device has been retailed for more than 4 years and it costs me more than a new brand iPhone 7 to fix it that is complete nonsense. This problem was prompted because of the Apple bug and they should take responsibility for their own problem. My device was working without any problem and this problem is only due to a component that has failed on the main logic board.

iPhone 7, iOS 14

See if these provide assistance:

If you see a [Cellular] Update Failed or Apple Pay Not Available alert after iOS update or restart, click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT208733

From the link you provided: "The program covers affected iPhone 7 devices for 4 years after the first retail sale of the unit." iPhone 7 was sold September 2016- September 2019, so coverage may depend upon when exactly you purchased the device.

"If your iPhone can't be activated or an alert says the activation server is unavailable [or cannot be reached] or the SIM card is unsupported," read this support article to learn what to do. "If you can't activate your iPhone [or iPad]" - click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT201407

- Note the special link at the end of the document for contacting Apple if there are still problems.

It was clear that what the problem is and I described it completely.

"Apple has determined that a small percentage of iPhone 7 devices may show "No Service" in the status bar (even if cellular coverage is available), due to a component that has failed on the main logic board." https://support.apple.com/iphone-7-no-service

I shared a link that Apple knows that this problem arises when you update IOS on iPhone 7.

The problem is that Apple should take care of this problem for free. The users are not responsible for Apple bug.

I believe you have not gone through this problem in discussions. The same topic: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/8562793

I have not seen any flexibility on that matter. The free replacement is my right to ask since the problem has arisen only because of Apple hardware incompatibility with IOS 14, not my own. They should have taken their own responsibility for their own mistake, whether my device has been purchased more or less 4 years. Period.

I am not following this. First you said it was because a component failed, though how you identified that particular component I do not know. Now you say it is because of an iOS upgrade. If an upgrade was the cause then I would expect to see hundreds of topics about this, not just yours.

There's support and there's support. You can argue all you wish with Apple but the conditions for hardware replacement are pretty clearly outlined in that document. I am talking you phoning Apple and seeing if they can help you with a solution that does not involve hardware replacement.

Good luck.
