Is there any way to mass edit View Options in Music on Mac?

I just updated to Catalina, which has replaced iTunes with Apple Music, which has, in turn, reset all my playlists to "view as Playlist" instead of "view as Songs", and removed View Options I used (Rating, Track Number, Comments, etc.) and added ones I don't (Cloud Download, Love). I can manually revert them back one by one, but it's hugely time-consuming, and I have a LOT of playlists. Is there any way at all to change all or multiple playlists' options at once, or do I really have to spend an entire week fixing them one by one?

Yes, that is the way to edit the view options on a single playlist, but no, that does not alter any of the other playlists.

Recommend this Default Setting:

So, you want to set a default view format for playlists in the Music app. Correct? If so, that appears to not be an option as of this reply.

So, Recommend this to Apple.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - Apple Music - Apple
  2. Select:Feature Request” for the “Feedback Type
  3. Proceed from there as Necessary
