How do I get icons back on my home screen?

I've lost the contacts icon from my home screen. Have iPhone SE running 13.5 iOS. If going through the phone app I still have contacts there, so I do have a workaround. However, I would prefer retrieving the contacts icon for my home screen.

Found the Contacts App on the App Store. It showed a cloud icon for the download, so after downloading all is good again.
