How to change Apple Watch language settings

Step 1: Open the Apple Watch app on the paired iPhone.
Step 2: Tap the My Watch tab.
Step 3: Tap General.
Step 4: Tap Language & Region.
Step 5: Tap the System Language section and select your desired language.
Step 6: Tap Done.
