Software update
I have an iPhone 7 that has been saying no service for a week now. It tells me that it needs a software update but when I try to update it it says I need to be connected to internet to update, which I always am. I’ve tried everything ( new sim, restart, setting reset, ect) nothing works. Apple told me it’s my carriers fault (Xfinity) but when I went to Xfinity they switched out my sim and tried multiple things just to tell me it’s an issue with Apple. What’s wrong with my phone??
