Found a file with an unusual name is this part of mac os or did something sneek onto my systm

Ok, lets start with I have a Mac mini late 2012 running Mojave 10.14.4 while in disk utility, I came across a file named. " com.malware…d.agent.plist “ steps to find it

1 open disk utility

2 click file

3 click open disk image

4 clicked my Mac mini under location

5 clicked my hard drive (by name)

6 clicked Library

7 clicked launch agents and found it in the list of agents

This all started because I found a program in finder that I don’t remember adding to my system so I promptly sent it to the trash, then ran a Malwarebytes scan and a first aid scan also when I tried to empty the trash with the unknown program my system crashed and rebooted, and when it came back on the rouge program was still in the trash but I was able to empty the trash on the 2nd try, I’m sorry I did not make a note of the strange program. The strange program sent a pop up in notifications saying it wanted to check systems for errors, to me it was a red flag because I use Malwarebytes for that.

I don’t care for seeing malware in any title on my system , but I know sometime developers just name things with unusual name look it up and let me know if I have a problem or not

Thanks for any help and replies
