The caller id icon to collaborate notes is not appearing , latest version of notes app as well as ios , the collaboration option is not visible

Have you already tried a "forced" restart of your 7?:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support

or take a look at these instructions:--> Share notes and collaborate on iPhone - Apple Support

If the issue still persists, contact Apple Support:--> Get Support

Please check where your Notes are stored. Store it on iCloud Folder
