Family Sharing Only allows 6 Apple IDs
My family has more than 6 members. Can I pay more to add the whole family? If not, does this mean my family has to be split up on two accounts?

You can’t pay more to add the whole family. You will not be able to set up another account as t you can only have one Apple ID.
