how to remove video icon from menu bar? i had a meeting through zoom and the icon is going even after i tried with command key.

If you're referring to the mirroring icon, then uncheck Show mirroring options in the menu bar when available in System Preferences -> Displays: https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/change-displays-arrangement-preferences-mchlp1321/mac
Ah, it should be the icon that pops out when you use the camera in a browser session. In my case it won’t go away until you quit and relaunch your browser.
I'm not familiar with Zoom: if it runs in a browser, I'm afraid the icon will keep showing up.
No, there's no mirroring icon. its a video icon and it has 4 options - camera, pause, website using camera, my meeting. But the only available option is pause and when I click it nothing happens.
