iMac Pro networking stuttering and slow

I'm having some real problems with networking. I have both wireless access and a hardwired ethernet connection. Both options seem to be bad.

I'm not sure how to best explain this, but it seems like every action that hits the network has this hesitation. Requests take for ever. It seems like when the "bits" start flowing then a page will load decently fast (but not as fast as in mac os). I've tried only using ethernet, or only using wifi. they both have issues.

I've verified that I have the latest bootcamp drivers. I've also read that some versions of drivers are better than others, but I haven't been able to get older versions to verify.

This is a fresh copy of windows/bootcamp so I really don't have any drivers that I can roll back to.

I'm also at a loss to find any good debug info. Logs don't seem very helpful for telling my why the network is so bad.

I know I haven't given a ton of helpful info, so I'm happy to provide any good and relevent info. Just not sure where to start.

Thanks!

I grabbed the driver version recommended in that thread. My Ethernet is better, but I can’t say that it is good.

after installing the old driver and rebooting a few times I tried to download the latest AMD drivers. The file was 500 megs it so. It took 5-6 tries the download would stall out between a 1/4 and 3/4 done. Once the file stalled the only option was to retry. I finally got the file but it was aggravating. For comparison I rebooted into Mac OS and with the same browser (Firefox) it downloaded in seconds.

Can you post a speediest result from macOS and Windows side for comparison?

This may not be network-related. Was this Wired or Wireless?
