Siri can't find my Contacts on macOS Catalina

Since a few days now, each time I ask Siri on my iMac using macOS Catalina to call someone from my Contacts (using my nearby iPhone), Siri tells me that she can't find the requested contact.

If I open up my Contacts application, not only do I see all my contacts there, but I can also call one of them from his or her contact information.

I've unchecked and checked the Contacts in the System Preferences (under Apple ID/iCloud), but it seems to have no effect on Siri's behaviour.

Why is Siri still unable to see the contacts even though they are there, and how can I resolve the issue?

Thanks!

iMac 27″, macOS 10.15

I fixed the issue and it was so easy that I wonder how I didn’t thought about it at first!

For those who want to know, I went into the Contacts application’s preferences and into the Accounts tab. I then unchecked and checked the Enable this Account checkbox for my iCloud account, closed the application and tried to make a call to one of my contacts using Siri… it worked!
