Uploading Podcast Episodes/RSS Feed and Podcast URLs

Originally started out using Buzzsprout for my podcast. Synched that to iTunes. When I switched to using Castbox, I used the new RSS feed url form castbox and that has been updated on my podcast connect account, but when I open my iTunes player, the podcast url when i right-click and select "Copy podcast url" is still from buzzsprout.

Is this why my new episode will not load to iTunes? It's showing up and playing on Castbox, I just need it to transfer over and update to iTunes.

Your link works, and leads to your Store page. The 'Website' link there leads to your Castbox page; and both episodes show in the Store and when subscribing.

It can sometimes take a few days for the Search to work, but there's nothing you do directly about it. Give it a bit longer, and if it's still not working, contact Podcasts Support. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.

Note that since you used Podcasts Connect to change the feed, anyone subscribing to the old feed is still subscribing to it. The only thing you can do about that is, if possible, to add a short episode to the old feed announcing the change and asking them to resubscribe.

You mentioned oddities in Podcasts Connect but I can't check that since only you can get to it.

I did this paragraph:

However in cases where you don't have access to the original feed you can go to https://podcastsconnect.apple.com (sign in if necessary) and click on your podcast. This will bring up an info page with a field containing the current URL of your podcast. Replace this with the new URL and click 'Save'. Then click 'Update' and the page will check that your feed is valid. If there are any errors you should correct them, then click 'Save' and 'Update' again. This will change the Store to using the new feed, but again it will take 1-2 days to do so. Note that doing this does not change anything for your subscribers (since their iTunes applications read the feed directly).

Here are the feed links:

When I open up Castbox, two episodes show up. When I open up the iTunes Podcast Connect, two episodes show up. Everything on those says that the Castbox link has worked. When I open up the iTunes program on my laptop, only one episode shows up and the link I get through the iTunes program is the buzzsprout one I've put at the top.

Here's the link to the apple podcast page:

https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-quick-two-podcast/id1514317962

This link has both the episodes recorded and displayed. When I search "The Quick Two Podcast" on iTunes, it doesn't come up, but when I search my name (Jeff Schoenle), it comes up, but under the music category and not podcasts.

I searched how to find my iTunes store link and it says to right click on my name when I search it and it's not allowing me to do that once my name comes up.

I'm sorry I'm brand new to this.

I just want people to be able to search for "The Quick Two Podcast" on the iTunes store and have everything show up properly.

Again, apologies if I'm totally missing the mark and screwing something simple up. I'm new to this and trying to figure out how to get it going smoothly.
