My iMessage and FaceTime problem won’t activate on my iPhone 11 and 7 .

I tried everything on apple support

but it’s won’t work

If you followed the steps in this support document from Apple, If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support the final step, after waiting 24 hours, is to contact Apple Support directly. Use the Contact Support link at the top of the page here.
