MacBook pro 13 2019 getting hot, high CPU usage

Hi, I have a problem. My Mac during normal work, gets very hot. I checked the temperature and it showed that CPU temperature comes to 100 degrees. Fans are very loud. This situation repeats practically every day. I see that the program which do this is: com.apple.quicklook.thumbnailsagent. How can i fix it? Should i go to the Apple Service?

Yes, a trip to have Apple evaluate it is in order, However, before doing that, review how the computer is positioned when you use it.

1) Hot air has to leave the computer through the hinge area on the back. I have a 13-inch MacBook Pro and I make certain that nothing on the desk comes within 3 inches/75mm of the hinge to allow plenty of air to move.

2) For many 13-inch models cooling air is drawn in through keyboard. A keyboard protector will defeat the cooling system. That appears to be the case with the 2019 "Two Thunderbolt ports" model. The 2019 with Touchbar appears have cooling intakes at the edge of the bottom plate of the case. If yours has slots there, make sure they are not compromised. Hard cases can cover the slots. That also means do not use the computer on a pillow or blanket. Use a hard lap board to keep the vents open.
