My husbands iPhone 11 is having issues where it will not swipe up, getting frozen & not being able to turn it off. Mine just started doing it today. Does anyone have any ideas how I can get it working again?

I am not able to unlock it
Did you click on the link in my previous post (that’s the blue text) and carefully follow the instructions all the way to the end? On which step did you get stuck?
yes sir. I am not able to unlock the phone to do that. it is frozen. when I try to do a hard turn off, it is stuck on the screen where I slide to power off.
And the part where you contact Apple Support?
