I am a new Apple music costumer coming from Spotify, where I could start listening to music in my mac and then control from my iPhone ( Change song, stop playing...). I was also able to keep listening the same song in my iPhone from where I left in my Mac. I have not found this feature in Apple music and refuse to believe it does not exist.

I understand you would like to control the music on your Mac by using your iPhone. You should be able to do so by setting up the iTunes Remote app: Set up the iTunes Remote app for Music on Mac
This will enable you to control your media library on your Mac.
