Won’t back up

Why won’t my iPhone 11 back up?? It never has since I got it. I have tried many many times

Do you get any error messages? Without knowing anything else, perhaps this article will help:

Can you provide more details? What's the exact flow? iCloud or iTunes backup? Mac or PC? How much free space do you have on the phone? At what point does it refuse to back up?
