Why won’t my iPhone 13 Back up at all? I’ve tried all the suggestions from Apple, but it will not back up no matter what I do.

What did Apple Support say when you contacted them?
Your phone requires service at the Apple Store or an authorized Apple Service shop. Check to see if there might be an authorized service shop closer to your location by using the link just below.
If it is not possible for you to take the phone in for service, check back with Apple Support for instructions on how to ship the phone to a repair center for service.
What happens when you try?
Are you attempting to backup to icloud or a computer?
Said I would have to make an appointment and bring it to an Apple Store. The closest store is over75 miles away.
