Why won’t my iPhone 13 Back up at all? I’ve tried all the suggestions from Apple, but it will not back up no matter what I do.

Are you attempting to backup to icloud or a computer?
Said I would have to make an appointment and bring it to an Apple Store. The closest store is over75 miles away.
