I've tried everything to back up my phone, including deleting apps, & attempting to use my MacBook, & it still won't back up. The last time the phone successfully backed up was over two years ago. My phone has 64GB, if that means anything.

Make sure you have enough iCloud storage to hold the backup. And if you have VPN installed delete the VPN profile and app. A good fast Wi-Fi connection is essential, and the phone should not be in Low Power Mode.
It says you have an iPhone 6 pro in your profile because that is what is listed at appleid.apple.com, or you chose that from the Device dropdown when posting.
Are you backing up to a computer or to iCloud? What is the exact message you get when you try to back up?
And you should update your iPhone 6 Plus to iOS 12. That might be the problem.
Does an error message appear when you try to back up? If yes, what is the exact text of the message?
Yes. I think it has to do w/ the wifi where I live. It has a weak connection most of the time.
Trying to back up to iCloud. It keeps saying that it wasn't able to back up.
I don't know why it says that I have an iPhone 6 Plus... I have an 8, & it's updated to 16.7.1...
It just says that the last backup could not be completed.
