I am facing a problem I have 1028$ then I added 300$ redeem code
my balance should be 1328 but my total balance was 1293$ then I added 50$ my total balance was 1343$
now my balance is 1323$ without doing any purchase
why I am not getting full balance and why my balance is deducted from my acount
