Screen goes blank on startup

I have a 2019 macbook pro 15 inches with touch bar, I am currently now running mac os catalina 10.15.5 and since 10.15.4 update when i start up my macbook on the black apple logo screen the progress bar 3/4 of it loading in my whole screen turns off for a second then comes back on. Is it just me or is anything else out there having this issue ? This happens to me on normal startup and safe mode as well. How can I fix this or am I gonna have to wait until hopefully 10.15.6 or possibly 10.16 later this year ? Thanks.
