AirPod issues

My one AirPod plays music, but when I try to double tap and skip or pause a song, nothing happens. I checked my settings and they’re all correct. My music also doesn’t pause when I take the same AirPod out. My automatic ear detection is on as well. Any reason for this or way to fix it?

My left AirPod is no longer responding My left airpod is no longer responding The audio in it works fine if both airpods are in my ear. There is sound coming out of it. However, when I double tap to pause the music or take my headphone out to pause the music, nothing happens. In-ear audio detection only works for my right headphone and double tapping only works on my right headphone however sound comes out of both. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Have you tried resetting them?

Yes I tried resetting them completely
