It looks like your device isn’t eligible for an AppleCare agreement.

I'm trying to get apple care for my airpod pro, but getting this message, "It looks like your device isn't eligible for an AppleCare agreement." What's the solution to these issues? I bought it eight days ago.

If you can't do it online, you should be able to get AppleCare+ as you are within 60 days of purchase, you just need to contact Apple Support using the "Contact Support" button in the top-right corner.
