Not connecting airpods (doesnt reset, or doesnt show in any devices)

When I press the reset button for 15 second or even more (when the lid is open with the airpods in it), it doesn't go amber and doesn't show in any of my devices. And these are my new airpods that I recently bought. They dont connect at all! I just see the flashing white light.
