technical issue iphone speaker

Hi there,

my iphone 7 can play YouTube/Spotify so sound isn't an issue.

However, when I answer a call nobody can hear me. If I record a video there is no sound. If I tried to do a voice memo it wont' work.

On my car kit people can hear me. I have done a factory reset. I have disabled bluetooth and I have gone into Settings -> Privacy -> microphone .... all apps are green.

I 'think' it happened on a call using my apple earpods if this helps anyone in resolving my issue.
