can they get old backups even if it is deleted from my mobile and not in the last backup?

Without your current password they can't do these things.
To back up your mobile, they need to be holding your mobile. It can't be done remotely.
So are you sure this can't be done by any means?
they need my password right? And if they tried changing it with the forgot password option i will get and email to verify this or an message on my cell right?
