Child's iPad Cannot Access Family Shared Movies

I just bought two brand new iPads for my kids. One iPad can access all the Family Shared Contect perfectly fine. The other iPad cannot access Movies and TV shows to download for viewing.

Please help.

Hello,

Are both iPad devices signed in with Apple IDs that are both added to the same iCloud Family Sharing? Are you able to download these movies using the iTunes Store application?

iTunes Store > Purchases > [purchaser’s name]
