iPad Pro 9.7" Wifi + Cellular - Restarting And Flickering

Since A few Months my iPad Pro has been Automatically Powering off. After contacting Apple Support I was guided to force restart it using HomeButton+PowerButton, Which fixed the problem temporarily. Only until recently that it has started to flicker its screen while using most of the apps. I have many apps on here but all have been downloaded from the Apple App Store. This is the 256GB Variant that I have with me right here. I need help as I use this daily. I would appreciate someone giving some assistance. thank you.
