After the latest iOS update, 14.2, my iPad repeatedly and unexpectedly restarts -!every few minutes. I have not had issues before this update. I have reset my network settings with no result. I have reset to factory settings with no result either. I don't know what else to do.

Something could have gone wrong during the latest update procedure.
I would try to install a fresh copy of iPadOS. To do this, create a full backup of your iPad (1), then restore it to factory settings and, in the end, set it up as new (2).
When done, restore data from your previously made backup (3).
