How to retrieve admin password (forgotten)

I have Mac retina 5k working High Sierra 10.13.6

I want to update and install Catalina but cannot remember my admin login password. The Mac is giving me no hints and I don’t know how to either retrieve it, or change it.

Can anyone be able to assist me please?
