Siri Knowledge wrong link

Siri Knowledge is linking to a different language version of Wikipedia - specifically, el.m.wikipedia.com on my phone.

This just started a few weeks ago and has made the feature useless to me.

How do I either disable the feature or get it to reference the regular Wikipedia site?

Also having this problem. The “Siri knowledge” feature always takes me to Japanese Wiki. Sooooo annoying. I do have the correct language (English - US) selected in settings and there is no option to “delete” Japanese from the menu as suggested by another user.

This worked for me. To be clear you are updating the phone’s language settings, not Siri’s.

The steps are Settings > General > Language & Region. My IPhone language was English and my preferred language order showed English then Español. I tapped Edit to remove Español. Screen went black with an “Updating languages” message. Siri Knowledge started linking correctly to English Wikipedia.

After that I was able to re-add Español as my second preferred language and Siri Knowledge link still works.

I had the same problem where Siri Knowledge would suddenly show me the Japanese Wikipedia page. I'm guessing this started with a recent system update. Thanks to the discussion in this thread I managed to fix it, not by removing the Japanese language, but by changing the region setting to US. After that I had to change settings to my liking such as temperature to C˚, 24-hour clock, etc. Removing and adding back your secondary language might work in the short term but the problem might reappear later.

I just reproduced the problem. I wanted Cyrillic keyboard so I added Russian and it recurred. So I guess if you add a “Keyboard” language through the keyboard settings, iPhone adds the language too but apparently also causes this scenario where Siri thinks it’s your preferred language for Wikipedia. If you add the Language through language settings instead, it doesn’t happen, perhaps because it explicitly asks you to set a language order.

I live in Japan and have to use Japanese on my phone, so I don't want to delete it, but I also don't want to get sent to the Japanese wikipedia page when I click on the Siri knowledge link, which is always at the top of the choices when I search for something and which appears there in English and is therefore rather misleading. I have English as the first, i.e., preferred language, but Siri (like a bunch of annoying websites - I'm looking at you Adobe) always takes me to the Japanese version of the page, even when there isn't one.
